The service

SocialClevr connects to your X account to read your posts and the replies they get, explains those replies, suggests replies and posts with AI, and sends what you choose to X, now or at a scheduled time.

Nothing is ever posted without your action: a reply or a post goes to X only when you click to send it, or when you scheduled it yourself.

SocialClevr depends on the X API. If X changes its API, its prices or its rules, some features may change or stop.

Your account

You sign in with your X account. You must be old enough to use X in your country and follow X's own rules, including its automation rules.

You are responsible for everything you post through SocialClevr, including texts drafted by the AI and then sent by you. AI suggestions can be wrong, out of context or inappropriate: read them before sending.

Don't use SocialClevr to spam, harass, mislead, impersonate anyone or break the law. We may suspend an account that does.

Clevr Points, plans and payment

Clevr Points pay for AI help and for what you send to X. They have no cash value, can't be transferred and can't be exchanged for money.

A monthly plan gives a number of points and a reading quota each month. They reset on the 1st (UTC) and don't carry over. Points bought with a top-up never expire. If an action fails, its points come back.

Plans renew every month until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current month stays usable until its end. Prices are shown in euros, taxes included where they apply.

Right of withdrawal: if you're a consumer in the EU, you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. By using points or the plan within those 14 days, you ask for the service to start right away and accept that the part already used is not refunded.

Availability and liability

We do our best to keep SocialClevr running but can't promise it will never be interrupted, nor that it will reach a given result on X (reach, followers, engagement).

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us over the last 12 months. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer.

Ending

You can stop using SocialClevr at any time and ask for your account to be deleted by writing to joffrey@joffreyio.com. You can also revoke SocialClevr's access from your X settings.

Changes, law and disputes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app before it applies.

These terms are governed by French law. If there's a disagreement, write to joffrey@joffreyio.com first: most things get solved that way. As a consumer, you can also turn to a consumer mediator, or to the courts of your place of residence.
